Foreign guests and hotel convention managers were presents in the dinner organized by Konyali Kanyon Restaurant for the Association of Chaine Des Rotisseurs Istanbul’s members and guests. Thanks to the service, highly appreciated by the executives of the association of Chaine des Rotisseurs which is considered as the representator of the perfect service and taste, world’s oldest gourmet institution, the guests had the opportunity to taste old Ottoman delis.
Besides the authentic menu, the guest highly appreciated the new wine from Idol, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
At the end of the night the French origined association constituted of the most perfectionist gourmets Chaine Des Rotisseurs awarded Konyali Kanyon Restaurant with its plate.
Kanyon brought its deserved award at the end of the perfect night organized by the owner of the restaurant Mehmet Eren Dogbane who personally worked on the creation of the dishes, responsible of the culinary team chef Ayden Demir, responsible of the table preparation Mete Eken and the whole Konyali.
